Grady Glen Berry

Grady Glen Berry of Waynesboro, TN was born February 10, 1926 in Collinwood, TN, the son of the late James Oscar and Lillie Earl Rich Berry. He was united in marriage to Mary Sue Weaver on May 13, 1948 and she preceded him in death on January 19, 2009.
Mr. Berry was a retired machine operator with Ford Motor Company, a member of the American Legion, a member of UAW, and served in the United States Army during WWII.
Mr. Berry departed this life on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Wayne County Nursing Home in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 87 Years, 4 Months, 12 Days.
He is survived by sons, Eddie Berry and wife, Donna and Phil Berry and wife, Misty all of Waynesboro, TN and David Berry and wife, Robbie of Cypress Inn, TN; daughters, Sandra Lowery and husband, David and Carol Kelso all of Hohenwald, TN and Donna Rich and husband, Larry of Collinwood, TN; 13 Grandchildren, 24 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great-Grandchild; sisters, Kathleen Hayes of Iron City, TN and Frankie Roberts of Tuscaloosa, AL; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Berry was preceded in death by a son, Stanley Berry and brothers, Nola, Cecil, Athel, Raymond, and Arlie Berry.
Services will be Monday, June 24, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Cal Hampton officiating. Burial with military rites will follow in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
Pallbearers will be Shane Lowery, Stephen Rich, Jason Rich, Ray Kelso, Jr., Jeremy Berry, and Brandon Berry.
