Mr. Gregory Shawn King of Bolivar departed this life Sunday, July 8, 2012 at the age of 40.
He was born in McNairy County to the late Harvey Clyde and Wilma Collins King. He worked as a mechanic and was united in marriage to Christy Baxter March 15, 2007. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bolivar.
In addition to his wife, Mr. King is survived by three daughters, Amber Larson, Jayla Baxter and Savannah King, all of Bolivar; two sons, Shawn King, Jr. of Bolivar and Josh King of Middleton; five sisters, Aline Sanders of Piney Grove, Joan McMahan of Hornsby, Janice Hollow of Jackson, Patsy McAlpin of Bolivar and Sue Hodge of Middleton; and four brothers, Roger King of Toone, Gary King of Toone, Carl King of Silerton, and Richard King of Snow White.
