Guinn Dale Young

Private, family only graveside services at Cearley Cemetery, Toone, will be scheduled for Guinn Dale Young, 69, of Bolivar. For those wishing to send flowers, please have them delivered to Shackelford's in Bolivar prior to 1 pm on Wednesday, January 15th.

Mrs. Young departed this life, Friday, January 10, 2025, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

She was a life-long resident of Hardeman County.  She was born December 4, 1955, and was the daughter of the late Pat and Donald Sisco and Lemuel Lambert. A bus driver for the Hardeman County School System for 30 years, she was married March 11, 1973 to Bobby Jo Young, who survives.  She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and was a member of Toone Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, survivors include two sons and one daughter, Chris Young of Bolivar, Laura Vickers (Jason) of Roger Springs and, B. J. Young (Erica) of Saulsbury; three brothers, Richard Lambert (Diane) of Jackson, Donnie Sisco (Penny) of Toone and, Jason Sisco of Medina; two sisters, Vanessa Lambert of Cloverport and, Tammy Murphy (Tim) of Toone; and 8 grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Marilyn Tackett.
