Gwendolyn Baugus Neill

GWENDOLYN BAUGUS NEILL

was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on February 5, 1929 the daughter of the late Will and Myrtle Wilkerson Baugus.

On December 18, 1949 she was united in marriage to Roy Mancil Neill, who survives.

Mrs. Neill worked for Brown Shoe Company for 20 years. She was a member of Turkey Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. Neill loved all needlework and quilting.

She departed this life on January 14, 2015 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 85 years, 11 months and 9 days.

In addition to her husband Roy Mancil of 65 years, she is survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Mrs. Neill was also preceded in death by three sisters, Clemmie Baugus Stricklin Wilkerson, Willie Mae Baugus Franks and Mamie Baugus Stricklin Allison and seven brothers, Laudis, Joe, Elva, Herman, Jessie Boyd, Demps and Billy Baugus.
