Harper is survived by her three sisters, Aaliyah Casey, Payton Casey and Saydi Casey, all of Adamsville, Tennessee and one brother, Kingstyn Weatherly of Adamsville, Tennessee.

Harper is also survived by her grandparents, Lorie Butler of Adamsville, Tennessee, Sylvia Weatherly of Selmer, Tennessee, Bobby Holly of Ripley, Tennessee and Donny Weatherly of Ramer, Tennessee.
