Harriet Elizabeth Proctor

Harriet Elizabeth Proctor was born April 5, 1932 in Springfield, Ohio the daughter of the late Frank W. and Rachel A. Miller Cassel.She was united in marriage to James MC Waters Proctor who survives.Mrs. Proctor was a nursery worker lfor the outreach ministry at the Selmer First United Methodist Church where she was a member.Mrs. Proctor departed this life on August 22, 2011 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 79 Years, 4 Months, 17 Days. She is survived by her husband James MC Waters Proctor of Selmer, TN; two sons, Dan Davis and wife Mary of Pocahontas, TN, Tom Duke of Cordova, TN; eight grandchildren, Sean Hood and wife Amy of Selmer, TN, Daniel Thibodeaux and wife Anita, Debbie Harville and husband Wayne, Brian Hood and wife Judy, Charlie Woods, James Elton Woods, Dawn McNeely and husband Green; five great grandchildren, Ladenna Harville, Charles Anthony Woods, Autumn Woods, Brittney Hood, and Danielle Hood.In addition to her parents, Mrs Proctor was preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara E. Jordan and husband Virgil; and a brother, Joe Cassel.
