Harry Albert Scholtz

Harry Albert Scholtz Jr. of Waynesboro, TN was born April 13, 1922 in Pennsauken, NJ, the son of the late Harry Albert and Mary Mitchel Scholtz. He was united in marriage to Rosemary Scholtz on June 26, 1941 and she preceded him in death on September 4, 2004. He then married Helen Deal Scholtz on September 18, 2005.Mr. Scholtz was retired from the United States Air Force and was of the Catholic faith.Mr. Scholtz departed this life on Monday, May 14, 2012 at Wayne County Nursing Home in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 90 Years, 1 Month, 1 Day.He is survived by his wife, Helen Scholtz of Waynesboro, TN; a son, Harry Albert Scholtz, III of Parish, FL; daughters, Theresa Galloway of Ravenden, AR, Christine Edwards of Westminister, MD, Regina Tesnow of Waynesboro, TN; grandchildren, Laura Edwards, Colleen Edwards, Regina Youngblood, Thomas Youngblood, Harry Scholtz, IV, and Hunter Scholtz; a brother, Karl Scholtz of Pennsauken, NJ; sisters, Clara Smith of Pennsauken, NJ, Mary Scholtz of Pennsauken, NJ.In addition to his parents and his first wife, Mr. Scholtz was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Veronica Davis and a brother, Wilhelm Scholtz.At his request, his body will be cremated and returned to New Jersey.
