Harvey Allison

Harvey Allison departed this life on Thursday, March 23, 2017, at the age of 69 years, 10 months, and 14 days. He was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on May 9, 1947, the son of the late T.R. and Thelma Christine Rich Allison. On January 28, 1966, he was united in marriage to Nell Hosea, who survives.

Harvey lived in Hardin County all his life and was employed with PCA for 44 years as a Refiner Operator and Crew Leader. He attended Cornerstone Baptist Church and enjoyed playing golf, collecting coins, and loved bluegrass music.

In addition to his wife of 51 years, Nell Allison of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by his son, Michael Shane Allison of Jackson, Tennessee; granddaughter, Shelby Renee Allison; and brother, Eric Allison of Strawberry Plains, Tennessee.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Shannon Renee Allison.
