Obituary

HAYDEN BLAIR

He was born in Selmer, TN on February 10, 2003, son of Dwayne Alan Blair and Crystal Lee Brigance Hall. He attended Liberty Tech High School in Jackson, TN

Immediately after high school, Hayden entered the workforce and in 2025 began working at the AutoZone Distribution Center in Lexington, TN. He quickly became a valued member of his team, forming lasting friendships with many of his coworkers. Hayden was known for his strong work ethic, dedication, and the genuine care he showed for both his job and the people who he worked alongside.

He enjoyed playing video games and working on cars, but above all else, Hayden loved his children, his family, and the many friends he considered family. His greatest joy in life was being a father. Anyone who saw him with his children could easily see how deeply he loved them and what a wonderful dad he was.

Hayden is survived by his father, Dwayne Blair (stepmother, Macy) and mother, Crystal Hall; a son, Lincoln Jones; his precious girls, Kynnady and Jasmine Blair; two brothers, Dakota Blair of Keithville, LA and Ty Foster of Jackson, TN; and three sisters, Kaylee Mitchell of Middleton, Sidney Carraway of Evening Shade, AR and Chloe Foster of Jackson, TN.

He was preceded in death by his son, Kameron Blair in 2025.

Hayden will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. The family is so thankful for the outpouring of love and prayers they have received.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday February 24, 2026, at Shackelford Funeral Directors - Crook Avenue Chapel with Chris Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Unity Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Crook Avenue from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Monday and again from 12:00 to 2:00 PM service time Tuesday.

Hayden Blair, just twenty-three,

But you meant the whole wide world to me.

A brother’s laugh, a steady hand,

A heart so big, so strong, so grand.

You were more than just a name,

More than time or fleeting fame.

You were a daddy, proud and true,

Little eyes looked up to you.

Your kids will grow with stories told,

Of how your love was fierce and bold.

Of how you’d smile, of how you’d care,

Of quiet strength always there.

To your sisters, you were light,

A protector through every fight.

A voice of calm, a teasing grin,

A bond no distance can wear thin.

Though twenty-three feels far too soon,

Like daylight fading into moon,

Your love still walks beside our days,

In memories and in countless ways.

Hayden Blair, you’re still our song,

In every place where we belong.

A father, brother, shining star—

Loved beyond where heaven’s doors are.

Forever missed. Forever ours. 💙
