Mrs. Gray died Monday evening at Pine Meadows Healthcare in Bolivar.
The widow of Elmer Gray, who died February 20, 1993 after 43 years of marriage, she retired as a production worker for Kilgore. Mrs. Gray was born August 15, 1929 in Franklin County, Ohio to the late Jesse Prince Doane and Laura Catherine Shannon Doane and lived in Hardeman County for over 50 years. She was a volunteer at Bolivar General Hospital and enjoyed walking with her dogs. Mrs. Gray was a member of Bolivar First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Teresa Warr of Gulf Breeze, FL and Susie Brown of Bolivar; a brother, Jesse Doane of Ohio; four grandchildren, Angie Jackson, Brandon and Michael Warr and Kevin Brown; three great grandchildren, Katie and Hunter Jackson and Baylee Warr; and two step-great grandchildren, Nicholas and Logan Jackson.
