Helen Jean Hurley

Helen Talley Hurley departed this life on Sunday, March 25, 2018, at the age of 61 years, 2 months, and 11 days. She was born in Savannah, Tennessee on January 14, 1957, the daughter of Myrl Elkins Talley and the late W.A. Talley.

In addition to her mother, Helen is survived by her daughter, Shannon Whitley of Selmer, Tennessee; son, James Robert Harville of Savannah, Tennessee; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brothers, Nelson Talley and Pat Talley, both of Savannah, Tennessee, Jerry Talley of Walnut, Mississippi, and David Talley of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; and sisters, Edith Blackwell of McMinville, Tennessee, Carol Moncher of Jackson, Tennessee, Faye Franks and Vickie Melson, both of Savannah, Tennessee.

Along with her father, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Amy Harville; sister, Betty Talley; and brothers, Bobby and Charles Talley.
