Hilton Ray Chase

Services will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at 3:00 PM at Clifton Church of Christ in Clifton, Tennessee, with Tracy Love officiating. Burial will follow in the Mountain View Cemetery, Clifton, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge.



Visitation will be on Friday, August 14, 6:00 pm until service time on Saturday, at the Clifton Church of Christ, Clifton, TN.





Mr. Chase departed this life on Thursday, August 13, 2009 at his residence in Clifton, Tennessee at the age of 70 Years, 9 Months, 22 Days. He was born on October 22, 1938 in Booneville, Mississippi the son of the late Columbus Paul and Ruby Richardson Chase.



He was united in marriage to Robbie Russell on November 28, 1964.



Mr. Chase was a former Inspector at Dana Corporation . He was a member of the Church of Christ and served his country in the United States Army.



He is survived by his wife Robbie (Russell) Chase of Clifton, TN; two sons, Hilton Ray Chase Jr. and Jeremy Chase both of Savannah, TN; daughter, Emily (Chase) Bowling of Waynesboro, TN;



grandchildren; Tony; Tyler and Miranda Bowling; Levi and Marcy Chase; and

Olivia Chase.



brother, Paul Dillard Chase of Florence, AL;



sister, Juanita (Chase) Hill of Clifton, TN;
