Horace Craven

HORACE \"HOSS\" CRAVENwas born in Tennessee on December 4, 1937 the son of the late Esley Andrew and Bessie Lee Mansel Craven.He was married to Donna Cecila Starkweather, who preceded him in death.Horace retired from L. A. Yuma Freight Lines of Phoenix, Arizona where he was a truck driver. He served his country in the United States Army from 1955 to 1958. Horace had also been a truck driver for Busy Bee Freight Lines and Whitfield Freight Lines. He enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing.Horace is survived by his children, Anita Dobbs of Litchfield Park, Arizona, Carol Dorman of Glendale, Arizona, Marla Felton of Waddell, Arizona, John Sexton of Glendale, Arizona, Kim Brown of Wickenburg, Arizona, Horace (Mack) Craven, Jr. of Pine, Arizona, Jeff Craven of Phoenix, Arizona and Elizabeth McRae of Queen Creek, Arizona18 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren2 sisters, Capitole Eura Sutter of Pine, Arizona and Helen Juanita White of Savannah, Tennessee 2 brothers, Arnie J. Craven of Sun City, Arizona and Jerry B. Craven of Paulden, ArizonaCompanion,Sarah Elizabeth ShirleyIn addition to his parents and his wife, Horace was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Larry Lee Craven and Doyle Lindle Craven and one grandchild.
