Horace Eugene Mynatt, age 80 of Bolivar, passed away Friday evening, April 15, 2016 at Bolivar General Hospital.
Horace Eugene Mynatt was born, Thursday, June 20, 1935, to the late Elvin Mynatt and Myrtle Earnest Mynatt in Middleton, TN. He was a retired employee of Chevron at James Floyd service stations in Tennessee and Mississippi. Mr. Mynatt was a Baptist. He lived most of his life in Shelby County before moving back to Hardeman County in 1985.
Mr. Mynatt is survived by his wife, Mary Jo; three nieces, Diane Robertson of Middleton, TN, Janie Mynatt of La Vergne, TN, and Linda Dellinger of Hornsby, TN; and five nephews, David Mynatt of Bolivar, TN, Donnie Mynatt of Humboldt, TN, Eugene Mynatt of Bolivar, TN, Larry Keith Mynott of Bay St. Louis, MS, and Wally May of Coldwater, MS.
He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, and two sisters.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America (www.pva.org).
