Howard Neal Moore was born February 29, 1940 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late Norman and Gladys (Kittie) Fullwood Moore.
He was united in marriage to Betty Jo Samples on August 20, 1960.
Mr. Moore was a truck driver for 30 plus years at Kimberly Clark. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a member of the National Guard for six years, Wallace Masonic Lodge #632, and owner of Joe's Carpet Cleaning for nine years.
He was a good son, brother, husband, daddy, pappaw and friend. He loved his family dearly, a lover of life with an outgoing personality and enjoyed being around people.
Mr. Moore departed this life on September 4, 2010 in Horn Lake, Mississippi at the age of 70 Years, 6 Months, 6 Days. He is survived by his wife Betty Jo (Samples) Moore of Horn Lake, MS; a daughter, Pam Gaines and husband Robert of Olive Branch, MS; a son, Joe Neal Moore and wife Karen of Walls, MS; a sister, Peggy May of Selmer, TN; three brothers, Andy Moore and wife Linda of Southside, TN, Doyle Moore and wife Judy of Michie, TN, Jimmy Moore and wife Tammy of Stantonville, TN; five grandchildren, Emma Gaines, Brock Gaines, George Neal Moore, Tanner Joe Moore, Morgan Manuel; host of other family and friends.
