Hubert Jake Deshazier

Hubert Jake Deshazier departed this life on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at the age of 66 years, 10 months, and 4 days. He was born in Hardin County, Tennessee at his home on July 12, 1950, the son of the late William Alfred and Mary Janette Kelley Deshazier.

Hubert was a lifelong Hardin County resident and had worked for Rose's Sawmill, Hopper Roofing, and Hassell's Lumber Company. He was a hard worker and a very good-hearted person. Hubert loved horses, tractors, and always loved to be in the garden.

He is survived by his siblings, Betty Irene Simmons, Kenneth Eugene Deshazier, Paul Alfred Deshazier, Margie Frances Deshazier, Jack Oliver Deshazier, Mickey Lynn Deshazier, Judy Faye Deshazier, and Janie Rebecca Hopper, all of Savannah, Tennessee; and a special nephew, Chris Clay of Savannah, Tennessee.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Gail Clay Shelby.
