Iris Elizabeth Amaranthine Wilbanks

Iris Elizabeth Amaranthine Wilbanks came into this world on June 3, 2026, in Jackson, Tennessee, born to her devoted parents, Stephen Tyler and Chloe Faith Barmer Wilbanks. Though her precious time with us was heartbreakingly brief, Iris touched the hearts of all who knew her with a love that will never fade.

On the very day she was born, June 3, 2026, Iris peacefully departed this life in Jackson, Tennessee. Her memory is lovingly cherished by her parents, Stephen and Chloe Wilbanks of Selmer, Tennessee, who hold her close every day.

Iris’s legacy of love is carried forward by a caring family who hold her deeply in their hearts: her parents, Stephen and Chloe; her grandfathers, Dennis Wilbanks of Selmer and Jeffrey Scott Barmer along with his companion Susan Hall of Middleton, Tennessee; her grandmother, Amanda Newcomb and husband Troy Newcomb Jr., also of Selmer; and her great-grandparents, Judy Jarnagin and David of Corinth, Mississippi, Pat Wilbanks of Selmer, and Paul Ervin with Mary of Selmer. She is also lovingly remembered by several aunts, uncles, and their families.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother Amanda Kelly Wilbanks and great-grandparents Billy Wilbanks, Brenda Stephens, and Travis Evans.

Though her journey was brief, Iris Elizabeth Amaranthine Wilbanks brought boundless love and light into the lives of those around her. Her spirit remains a beautiful and everlasting presence within her family’s hearts, a treasured gift that will endure forever.
