Iva Jean Butler

Iva Jean Page Butler of Florence, AL was born June 1, 1935 in Tennessee, the daughter of the late Charles W. and Ella Mae Rose Page. She was united in marriage to Bobby Joe Butler on September 25, 1978 and he preceded her in death on February 9, 2007.



Mrs. Butler was retired from food services and was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star and departed this life on Sunday, June 23, 2013 at ECM Hospital in Florence, Alabama at the age of 78 Years, 22 Days.



She is survived by son, Dennis Davis and wife, Sharon of Apple Valley, CA; a step-daughter, Teresa Craig and husband, Rickey of Florence, AL; grandchildren, Bobbie Jean Jackson and husband, Nicholas, Marcus Davis and wife, Alisha, Wesley Davis and wife, Amy, Hunter Davis and wife, Brittany, Sarah Jo Clark, Lauren Craig, Doree Bruno and husband, Joe, Andrea Mortimore and husband, Alex; great-grandchildren, Bryce, Briley, Ethan, Caleb, Andrea, Stacee, Natalie, Cooper, and Liza Davis, Brieann Lard, Cara Sanchez, Jaden Bruno, Daniel and Kayla Mortimore; brothers, Paul Page and wife, Sue, Edmond Page and wife, Bobbie, David Page and wife, Betty, Bill Page and wife, Gail; sisters, Charlene Gilliam, Jane Salter and husband, Jack, Janice Page, Ann Joiner and husband, Steven all of FL; nieces and nephews.



In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Butler was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Davis Vandiver; brother, Bobby Page.



Services will be Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Emerald Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in the Railroad Cemetery, Iron City, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
