J. V. Haddock

J. V. Haddock of Iron City, TN was born November 8, 1933 in Wayne Co., TN, the son of the late Jessie (Bud) Marion and Ollie (Virgie) Virginia Cole Haddock. Mr. Haddock was a disabled logger and of the Christian faith.



Mr. Haddock departed this life on Monday, April 15, 2013 at E. C. M. Hospital in Florence, Alabama at the age of 79 Years, 5 Months, 7 Days.



He is survived by sons, Steve Haddock and Tony Haddock both of Collinwood, TN; daughters, Betty Sue Haddock McDaniel and Brenda Haddock both of Iron City, TN; grandchildren, Jamie Caperton, Jeremiah Haddock, Jodie Haddock, Amanda Stults, Steven Rich, Alexis Haddock, Alyssa Haddock, Noah Haddock, Harlee Haddock, Brent McDaniel, Brandon McDaniel; great grandchildren, Blake Dodd, Dawson Warren, Cailee McDaniel, Jessie Caperton, Emma Caperton, Kamden Rich; a brother, Vernon Haddock of Knoxville, TN; sisters, Peggy Dees of Burton, MI, Ruth Allen of White, GA, Emily Golden of Davison, MI; nieces and nephews.



In addition to his parents, Mr. Haddock was preceded in death by his former wife and mother of his children, Carolyn Butler Haddock; a son, Rickey Haddock; grandchildren, Steven Gregory and Allison Mae Haddock; brothers, Sherman Haddock, Jerry Haddock.



Services will be Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Roger Creecy officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Pallbearers will be Shaun Caperton, Blake Dodd, Steven Rich, Zack Stults, Brandon McDaniel, and David Holt. Honorary pallbearers will be James Rich, Dawson Warren, and Noah Haddock.
