Jackie Dwight Dial

Jackie Dwight Dial of Collinwood, TN was born April 27, 1955 in Hohenwald, Tennessee, the son of Mary June Reeves Dial and the late Lambert Leeolis Dial. Mr. Dial was a disabled machinist with TVA, was a former owner of Old Depot Cafe, was a member of the First Baptist Church in Collinwood, Tennessee, and was a United States Army veteran.



Mr. Dial departed this life on Monday, June 27, 2011 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 56 Years, 2 Months.



He is survived by a son, Roman Dial and girlfriend, Tara of Collinwood, TN; two daughters, Lacy Dial Holt and boyfriend, Charlie of Cypress Inn, TN, Brianna Dial of Collinwood, TN; his mother, June Dial; three brothers, Johnny Dial and wife, Margaret , Robert Dial and wife, Debbie all of Collinwood, TN; Ricky Dial of Iron City, TN; three sisters, Janette Dial, Brenda Reed and husband, Cleo, Carol Daniel and husband, Roger all of Collinwood, TN; several nieces and nephews.



In addition to his father, Mr. Dial was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Ann Brewer.



Services will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Mike Hammonds officiating. Burial with military rites will follow in the Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors officiating. Pallbearers will be John Bogus, Jacob Ritter, Michael Dial, Collin Reed, Matthew Ritter, Charlie Whitehead. Honorary pallbearer will be Roman Dial.
