James Alford King

James Alford King was born December 22, 1959 in Memphis, TN the son of the late Robert Marion and Verda Lou May King.

James worked many years as a logger and was a great mechanic. He loved his children and was a proud father.

James departed this life on February 19, 2023 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 63 Years, 1 Month, 28 Days. He is survived by a daughter, Kaci King of Memphis, TN; a son, Dustin King of Savannah, TN; and a host of extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Mr. King was preceded in death by six sisters, Jeffery Dillon, Ruthie Clark, Shirley Kirk, Florence West, Gail Taylor, Katie King; two brothers, Lonnie and Jerry King. 

There will be no public services for James Alford King.
