James Grady Baker

James Grady Baker was born August 26, 1930 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late Grady Baker and Flora Chenault Martin.He was united in marriage to Marie Inman. Mrs. Baker preceded him in death on March 7, 2003.Mr. Baker retired from Anvil Manufacturing. He loved going fishing. Mr. Baker departed this life on May 22, 2011 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 80 Years, 8 Months, 26 Days. He is survived by a daughter, Louise Saxton and husband Jerry of Bethel Springs, TN; two sons, Steve Baker of Nashville, TN, Norman Thompson of Savannah, TN; a sister, Helen Pickens of Adamsville, TN; three grandchildren, Jeff Saxton, Anthony Saxton, Tina Hurt; four great grandchildren, Alyssa Saxton, Crystal Lee Hurt, Anna Lisa Hurt, Josh Hurt.In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Baker was preceded in death by a son, Robert Lee Baker.
