James E. (Jamup) Brewer

James Earnest (Jamup) Brewer was born November 14, 1936 in Wayne County, TN, the son of the late Walter Ernest and Ida Robertson Brewer. He married to Jo Peden on October 9, 1975.

Mr. Brewer was a retired computer operator at Murray Ohio manufacturing, of the Baptist faith and a United States Amry veteran and departed this life Sunday, May 28, 2017at Waynesboro Health and Rehab, Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 80 Years, 6 Months, 14 Days.

He is survived by his wife, Jo Brewer of Collinwood, TN; a son, James (Jamie) Brewer, II and wife, Tammy of Collinwood, TN; a daughter, Connie Oleham and husband, David of Florence, AL; 4 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren; a brother, Eugene Brewer of Lawrenceburg, TN; sisters, Marie Rich of Muscle Shoals, AL, Louise Lancaster of Iron City, TN, Carolyn Holt of Collinwood, TN; nieces and nephews.

Services will be Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with John E. Banks officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Pallbearers will be Cecil Holt, Darrell Holt, Pete Holt, Kevin Rich, Anthony Brewer and Jason Brewer.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 31, 2017 from 6 to 9 pm and Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 12 noon until service time at the funeral home.
