JAMES ‘JIM’ HAMMOND
Mills River, NC: James Lee Hammond age 63 passed away at his home on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 in Mills River, NC.
He was born January 20, 1958, the son of the late Robert and Elleanor Rehman Hammond.
Mr. Hammonds worked in the Greenhouse Business as a landscaper.
Mr. Hammond is survived by two sons, James Pierce and Billy Melton both of Mills River, NC and two brothers, Tom Hammond of Parrish, FL and Bob Hammond of Burrton, Kansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Arlene Emerson Hammond on January 18, 2005.
Graveside services will be 11 AM Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at Haltom’s Chapel Cemetery with Deacon Bob Russell officiating.
