James Robert Hemby was born December 22, 1931 in Steele, Missouri the son of the late Demmie and Evie Mae Linton Hemby.He was united in marriage to Mary Louise Burns . He was a member of the Pinson Church Of God. Mr. Hemby retired from Woodland Hills Golf and Club.Mr. Hemby departed this life on September 17, 2011 in Henderson, Tennessee at the age of 79 Years, 8 Months, 26 Days.He is survived by his wife Mary Louise (Burns) Hemby of Henderson, TN; two daughters, Virginia Mosier of Henderson, TN, Barbara Sue Johnson of Henderson, TN; two sons, Sterling Johnson of Henderson, TN, Rick Johnson of Henderson, TN; 4 Grand Children; 1 great grandchild, a brother, Roy (Brownie) Hemby of Henderson, TN; Services will be held on September 19, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors-Johnson Chapel in Henderson, Tennessee, with Rev. Charles Vandiver officiating. Burial will follow in the Big Springs Cemetery at Five Points, Tennessee
