James Doyl Hollis

James Doyl Hollis was born January 31, 1941 in Lawrenceburg, TN, the son of the late Robert McKinley and Myrtle Eltrym Brazier Hollis. He was united in marriage to Jo Bell Whitehead on May 27, 1961.Mr. Hollis was a farmer.Mr. Hollis departed this life on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital in Florence, Alabama at the age of 72 Years, 1 Month, 7 Days.He is survived by his wife, Jo Bell Whitehead Hollis of Lawrenceburg, TN; three sisters, Betty Hendrix, Jessie Griggs, and Shirley Hagan all of Lawrenceburg, TN; several nieces and nephews.A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at 3 pm at the Rochelle Cemetery in Lawrence County, Tennessee with Daniel Clark officiating. Burial will follow with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
