JAMES JUNIOR JENKINS
was born in Hayti, Missouri on July 22, 1953 the son of the late Jim Jenkins and Alabama Johnson Brewer.
James was a retired timber cutter. He enjoyed working outdoors in his yard and planting and growing flowers. James also liked doing mechanic work.
He departed this life on October 10, 2020 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 67 years, 2 months and 18 days.
James is survived by his children, James Terry Jenkins and Alice Marie Jenkins, both of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, James Terry Jenkins, Jr., Alyssa Leianna Jenkins, Sawyer James Jenkins, Perry Hughes, Christopher Hughes, and Trenton Crotts; great grandchild, Elizabeth Hughes; sisters, Mary Childress of Loretta, Tennessee, Nannie Jackson of Collinwood, Tennessee, and Alta Franks of Peterville, Alabama; half sister, Letha Brewer of Paragould, Arkansas; and half brother, Jerry Jenkins of Iron City, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six sisters, Alta Lee Murphy, Bessie Harrington, Imogean Jenkins, Annalean Jenkins, Hattie Sue Jenkins, and Barbara Sue Jenkins, and one brother, Jimmy Jenkins.
