James Terry Jones

JAMES TERRY JONES

was born in Chester County, Tennessee on April 6, 1948 the son of the late James Curtis and Nancy Irene Butler Jones.

On August 23, 2002 he was united in marriage to Brenda McCall, who survives.

Mr. Jones was a self employed truck driver. He also had worked in the orange groves while he lived in Florida and worked for Smuckers in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Jones enjoyed bush hogging his property and he especially enjoyed spending time with his family. Mr. Jones attended Assembly of God Church.

He departed this life on November 9, 2015 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 67 years, 7 months and 3 days.

In addition to his wife Brenda of 13 years, he is survived by his children, David Wayne Jones and his wife Ailiya of Florida, James Michael Jones and his wife Daphney of Tennessee, Guy Jones and his wife Gina of Illinois, Teri Barnett and her husband Scott of Hawaii and Jeffrey Brant Bullard and his wife Dixie of Michigan.

17 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren

2 brothers, Jerry Eli Jones and his wife Gladys of Mississippi and William Jones and his wife Barbara of Mississippi

one sister, Faye Belford and her husband Rick of South Carolina

Mr. Jones is also survived by several nieces and nephews

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one son, James Terry (Jimmy) Jones, Jr.
