James Joseph Lutz of Clifton, TN was born April 5, 1940 in Oil City, PA the son of the late James and Mildred Bunk Lutz. Mr. Lutz departed this life on Friday, December 29, 2017 at his home in Clifton, Tennessee at the age of 77 years. Mr. Lutz was married to Barbara Jean McIntosh October 22, 1966. He was a retired coal miner.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Jean Lutz, a daughter, Renee Jean Lutz both of Clifton, TN, a son, Lt. Col. Reece James Lutz of PA, a sister, Mary Ann Oividock of Oil City, PA and a brother, Eugene Lutz of Benscreek, PA.
At the request of his family he will be cremated.
