James M. "Jim" Hines, 77, Army veteran and former employee of Methodist Healthcare, passed away December 17, 2025. He was born July 16, 1948, and was preceded by his parents, Hiram and Nina Hines of Saulsbury, and his sister, Peggy.
After graduating from high school and college, he served in the US Army in Germany. After military service, he lived in Dallas for several years, eventually moving back to Memphis and working at Methodist Healthcare until retirement.
The family requests that memorials be sent to the charity of the donor's choice.
