James Roy Martin

JAMES ROY MARTINwas born in Corinth, Mississippi on March 6, 1934 the son of the late Earskin and Bertha Morgan Martin.On April 22, 1955 he was united in marriage to Helen Lovell, who preceded her husband in death on April 2, 2009.Mr. Martin was a used car wholesaler. He was a member of the Shriners Club and Mr. Martin loved NASCAR,He departed this life on November 24, 2009 at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi at the age of 75 years, 8 months and 18 days.Mr. Martin is survived by 2 daughters, Lisa Minga and her husband Earl of Counce, Tennessee and Tammy Milner of Counce, Tennesseeone son, David Martin and his wife Kristi of Chicago, Illinois10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildrenone brother, Charles Martin of Independence, MississippiMr. Martin was also preceded in death by 2 daughters, Kathy Dowdle and Linda Gail Martin and 2 sons, Bobby and Buddy Martin.
