James Marion Nash

James Marion Nash, 92, went to heaven on Saturday, November 23, 2019 in Paris, TN. He was born November 26,1926 to Leslie C. (Dess) and Giffie Vanderford Nash. He was a member of Second Baptist Church in Selmer TN. Mr. Nash was a strong, kind hearted man who shared a smile with everyone he met. He enjoyed attending church and senior citizens events. He loved spending time with family and friends and was known to play a joke every now and then for a laugh .

James is survived by his daughter, Dianne Kelly (Mike); son, Jesse M. Nash; Grandchildren: Bonnie M. Cuthbertson (Scott), Leslie C. Nash (Miranda), Adam M. Kelly, and Michelle D Massad (James); Great grandchildren, Kayla M. Wherry, James O Cuthbertson (Luz), Danielle Steptoe (Jamarqus), Kaylee Clare Rose Nash, Christopher Nash, Kendyl L. Kelly; Great great grandchildren, Lily G. Cuthbertson, Leah F. Wherry, James M. Cuthbertson, Aubrey M. Massad, Eli J. Phifer, Makiya Steptoe, Justice Steptoe.

Preceded in death by his father, Leslie C. Nash (Dess); Mother, Giffie Vanderford Nash; Brother, “Jim” L. Nash; Son, James L. Nash (Sonny); Sister, Jewel F. Felks; Wife, Bertha Stewart Nash Thornton; Wife, Dorothy Lackey Nash.
