Memorial services for James Edward Northcutt, age 71, of Clifton, TN will be 3:00 pm Saturday, January 5, 2008 at Praters Chapel Church in Clifton with Jerry Crummer officiating. Interment was in Praters Chapel Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge.
Mr. Northcutt, a native of Decatur County, TN died Thursday, January 3, 2008 at Centennial Hospital in Nashville. He was a son of the late William Marion Northcutt and Sarah Lee Prater Northcutt. Mr. Northcutt was retired from Ford Glass Company in Nashville and was a member of First Baptist Church in Clifton.
He is survived by his wife, Lucy Prater Northcutt, Clifton, TN; sons, Mike Rudd of Kingston Springs, TN, Vaden Northcutt of Burns,TN and William Northcutt of Dyersburg, TN; a daughter, Margie Crummer of Kingston Springs, TN.

Brother, L.C. Northcutt of Bryan, OH and sisters, Willie Hopper of Defiance, OH and Lela Armour of Henderson, TN.
