Mr. Harvey passed from this life on Friday, February 16, 2018 at the Bolivar General Hospital.
He was born in Chicago, the son of the late George and Nell Wenglewski Harvey. He was a machine shop supervisor/foreman before working at the Hardeman County Correctional Facility in Whiteville, TN for Corrections Corporation of America. He had lived in Hardeman County since 1995.
Mr. Harvey served his country in the US Army from 1964 - 1966 and was Catholic in faith. In his leisure time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time with his family and his two dogs, Buster and Toby.
He leaves two daughters, Jennifer (Michael) Eggers of Brookfield, IL and Katlin (Logan Doles) Harvey of Medon; a sister, Marianne (James) Phillips; a brother, George (Marie) Harvey; two grandchildren, Jorie Eggers and Bo Doles; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Catherine Jean Harvey.
