James Harvey McWaters Proctor departed this life on April 5, 2017 in Iuka, Mississippi at the age of 88 Years, 10 Months, 14 Days. He was born May 22, 1928 in Atlanta, GA the son of the late Will and Clara McWaters. He was united in marriage to Harriet Elizabeth Cassel Proctor. She preceded him in death on August 22, 2011.
Mr. Proctor worked in outreach ministry with the United Methodist Church. He is survived by his extended family and a host of friends.
