VISITATION FOR MR. ROBERTS WILL BE HELD FROM 6:00 - 9:00 PM, THURSDAY, AUGUST 13, 2015 AT SHACKELFORD FUNERAL DIRECTORS IN BOLIVAR. NO OTHER SERVICES OR VISITATIONS ARE SCHEDULED.
James Miller Roberts (Jamie) passed away at home on Monday, August 10th, surrounded by his wife and children, family and friends.
He leaves behind his wife, Yvonna Roberts; 10 children, Paula Marie Dunlap of Florida, Peggy Inez Roberts of Topeka, Kansas, Pamela Dean Midkiff (Lynn) of Ripley, TN, James Miller Roberts, II, of Murfreesboro, TN; Joel Edward Roberts (Donna) of Texas, Paul Roberts (Bridget) of Saulsbury, TN, Trent Roberts (Rachel) of Rogers Springs, TN, Wayne Roberts (Paige) & Dori Roberts of Hickory Valley, TN and Jamiee Lea Roberts (Monte) of Selmer, TN; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; 2 sisters Frances Hampton of Toone, TN and Jeanie Hindman of Bolivar, TN; close family friends Jackie Roberts of Memphis, TN, April Scott of Selmer, TN, and Loretta De La Rosa of Crump, TN. He is preceded in death by his parents Pitt and Ruth Roberts, 2 brothers Jerome and Joey Roberts and a sister Irene Mclean.
Memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
