James Coy Rumbaugh

Mr.James McCoy "Coy" Rumbaugh departed this life on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Mt. Pleasant Health and Rehabilitation in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee at the age of 71 Years, 6 Months, 28 Days. He was born May 12, 1944 in Collinwood, TN the son of the late James Townsend and Arnita Sanders Rumbaugh. In addition to his parents, Mr. Rumbaugh was preceded in death by brother, Dave Rumbaugh.

Mr. Rumbaugh was a painter and logger.

He is survived by daughters, Tammy Rumbaugh and Beverly Everson, son, James David Rumbaugh all of Collinwood, TN; grandchildren, Kelly Brewer, Misty Brewer, Jessica Daniel, Kesha Daniel, Kayla Rumbaugh, Tara Rumbaugh, Trent Rumbaugh, Heather Daniel, Wayne Brewer, great grandchildren; Shanna Thompson, Brianna Brewer, Savannah Brewer, Alli Copeland, Aubrey Tatum, Adidn Rich, Bentley Pigg, Jake Rumbaugh, Hannah Britton and Daniel Skaggs, sisters, Gail Risner, Connie Pulley , Rhonda Malone , Kathy Pitts , Sandra Risner, Kay Holt, Peggy Pigg and Pam Pigg all of Collinwood, TN, Jan Pigg and Joyce Staggs both of Lawrenceburg, TN.

Services will be held on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at 1:30 PM at Church of God of Prophecy in Collinwood, Tennessee, with Steve Grubbs officiating. Burial will follow in McGlamery Cemetery , Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be on Saturday, 5:30 pm until service time @ Church of God of Prophecy in Collinwood, TN.
