James Hullon Smith

Mr. James Hullon (Dan) Smith age 70 passed away Sunday afternoon at his home in Henderson.
He was born in McNairy County, son of the late Buford Hardin and Eva Vance Wilson Smith. He attended school at McNairy and was married to Brenda Pusser in 1968. They had lived in the Masseyville and Refuge Communities of Chester and McNairy Counties. Mr. Smith worked in sheetrock as a hanger/finisher all of his life. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and caring for his chickens.
He is survived by his daughter, Amanda (David) Boggs of Henderson; one son James Anthony Smith (Peggy) of Bethel Springs, four sisters; Linda Matthews of Finger, Sherry Bryant of Red Bank MS; Sandra Farley of Henderson, Wanda Williams of Bethel Springs, a brother Randy Smith of Collierville Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters Carolyn Jean Smith and Marie Hendrix; two brothers Hurbert Smith and Jacob Smith.
