James Thomas Stricklin

JAMES THOMAS STRICKLINwas born in Clifton, Tennessee on April 12, 1941 the son of the late Earnest Frank and Ora Devers Stricklin.On November 14, 1964 he was united in marriage to Caroline Davis, who survives.Mr. Stricklin worked in accounting for Preston Carroll Construction Company. He served his country in the National Guard for 6 years. Mr. Stricklin attended Clifton Church of Christ. He was a loving, caring husband and father. He was a honest and kind to everyone and enjoyed spending time with his friends and always loved talking with them. Mr. Stricklin was a hard worker who loved his farm. He departed this life on April 7, 2013 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 71 years, 11 months and 26 days.In addition to his wife, Caroline of Waynesboro, Tennessee, he is survived by his children, Lisa Stricklin of Ripley, Tennessee, Frank Stricklin of Waynesboro, Tennessee and Craig Stricklin of Savannah, TennesseeIn addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one sister, Helen Stricklin DeBerry.
