JAMES (TIMMY) WATERS
was born in Savannah, Tennessee on August 4, 1963 the son of the late James Porter and Robbie Sue Brashier Waters.
James worked as a towboat engineer for 30 years. He was a member of Savannah Moose Lodge and in his spare time enjoyed fishing, swimming, playing darts and playing pool.
James departed this life on August 8, 2017 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 54 years and 4 days.
He is survived by his two sisters, Regena Bazzetta of Peoria, Illinois and Delilah Beafore of Atlanta, Georgia and three brothers, Terry, Greg and Donald Waters, all of Savannah, Tennessee.
