James Allen Williams was born on February 9, 1948 in Hardin County, Tennessee, the son of the late JT and Jewell Minton Williams.

Mr. Williams honorably served his country in the United States Army for 3 years. He was of the Church of Christ faith.

James Allen Williams departed this life on January 17, 2026 in Savannah, Tennessee, at the age of 77 years, 11 months, and 8 days.

He is survived by his wife, Susanne Williams; brother, Robert K. Williams and his wife Dortha; cousins, Betty Stanley, Frank Downing, Glenn Downing, Kim Minton, and Lori Minton; and nephew Bobby Williams.

In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his first wife, Christine Wiliams.
