Jamie Adams, age 25 of Middleton, Tennessee, passed from this life Saturday, September 5, 2015 at St. Francis Hospital in Bartlett, Tennessee.
Jamie was born Friday, May 25, 1990 in Memphis, Tennessee to Diane Tacker, who survives, and the late Phillip Morris Adams, who preceded her in death November 16, 2012. She was a graduate of Middleton High School, and was an all-star softball player growing up. She worked for Coilmaster in Moscow, Tennessee. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, and she loved her daughter very much.
In addition to her mother, Jamie is survived by her daughter, Bryleigh Elizabeth Perrine; brother, Bryan Phillip Adams of Somerville; and stepfather, Ricky Tacker of Middleton.
