Jane Jernigan Kee Bryant

Jane Jernigan Kee Bryant, 85, of Bolivar, departed this life on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at NHC of Somerville.

She was a native and life-long resident of Bolivar and the daughter of the late Fred Baker Jernigan and Mamie Ruth White Jernigan.   She was also preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Jernigan of Florence, AL.

Jane was a graduate of Bolivar Central High School and served Hardeman County as Register of Deeds for many years.  She also worked at Bolivar First Baptist Church's Day Care.  In her leisure time, she liked to read and enjoyed going out for breakfast and coffee every morning.   She was united in marriage to Mr. Milton Bryant, who survives, on February 26, 2016.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two step-daughters, Shannon (Brent) James of Williston and Heather Bryant of Memphis; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
