Jane Crowe
Henderson: Jane Pickard Crowe, age 72, passed away Thursday afternoon December 22, 2016 at Jackson General Hospital.
Mrs. Crowe was born and reared in Nashville, the daughter of the late Robert Franklin Riley and Daisy Louise Withers Riley. She went to Hume Fogg High School in Nashville and married Raymond Eugene Crowe in 1961. They made their home at Enville. She had spent the last 26 years as a CNA at the Chester County Nursing Home/Health and Rehabilitation. She loved her worked and had taken care of many families, some second generation families at the nursing home. She loved her grandchildren and enjoyed taking trips with them to Florida.
She is survived by a son Tim Crowe and wife Kelly and a daughter Tammi Beshires and husband Johnny all of Henderson, five grandchildren; Megan (Drew) Cook, Becca (Hunter) Faulkner, Bailee Beshires, Kaelyn Crowe, and Tyler Crowe, and six great grandchildren; Lane, Brycen, and Lila Faulkner, Aiden and Carter Seaton, and Trace Cook coming in January.
She has three sisters; Judy Kimball of Annapolis, MD, Margaret Landis of Nashville, and Barbara Ann Robinson of Louisiana, two half- sisters; Linda Rillo and Gloria Kennedy and three half-brothers; Danny Pickard, James Pickard and Donnie Pickard.
She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Eugene Crowe in 1989 and a son, Robert Eugene Crowe in 1965.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 27th at Shackelford Funeral Home – Casey Chapel with Dwain Seaton and Ronnie Geary officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery and Enville.
The family will receive friends at Shackelford-Casey Chapel beginning at 5:00 PM Monday.
