Jane Fach Frederick
was born in Santa Monica, California on November 20, 1917 the daughter of the late Theodore and Bertha Mae Fach.
Ms. Frederick was a retired Convenience Store Operator and had previously worked for Douglas Aircraft during World War II. She had lived in Santa Monica and Malibu, California for 60 years, before moving to Savannah, Tennessee. She had won the National Smile Contest which led her to cutting the ribbon for the opening of the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica, California. In her high school play "Death Takes a Holiday" she played along side Glen Ford. She loved animals, the Atlanta Braves, and Bingo.
Ms. Frederick departed this life on Sunday, September 13, 2009 at the age of 91 years, 9 months, 24 days.
Ms. Frederick is survived by a daughter, Linda Mae Seaton and husband David of Savannah, Tennessee; a son, Charles E. Frederick of Freeport, Bahamas; 4 grandchildren, Derick Seaton and wife Pam, Stacie Doyle and husband Ricky, Chris Seaton and wife Harmonie, and Christina Frederick; 6 great-grandchildren, Corey Seaton, Ryan Seaton, Tyler Seaton, Nikki Doyle, Kelsie Doyle, and Journie Seaton.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Frederick was preceded in death by 2 brothers, John E. Fach and Theodore B. Fach; a great-grandchild, Justin Dale Doyle; ex-husband, Edward L. Frederick.
