Janet Elaine Copeland

Ms. Janet Elaine Copeland was born July 6, 1950 in Waynesboro, TN the daughter of the late Jesse Almon and Mary Ruth Duren Copeland. Ms. Copeland was a Direct Support Professional with Buffalo River Services and a member of the Upper Green River Baptist Church in Waynesboro,TN. Ms. Copeland departed this life on April 13, 2019 in Waynesboro, Tennessee making her stay in this life some 68 Years, 9 Months and 7 Days.

She is survived by a daughter, Amy Johns of Lawrenceburg, TN; a son, Brian Johns of Waynesboro, TN; two grandchildren, Hunter Gobbell and wife Laura of Hohenwald, TN, and Alli Gobbell of Lawrenceburg, TN; two great-grandchildren, Barrett and Arlan Gobbell; a brother, Jerry Copeland and wife Ruby of Waynesboro, TN; three sisters, Helen Copeland Ramirez and husband Johnny of Waynesboro, TN, Betty Ann Hannan of Huntington, WV, and Amelia Copeland of Waynesboro, TN.

In addition to her parents, Ms Copeland was preceded in death by Grandparents, Sam and Belle Duren, Jesse Wayne and Ada Copeland; and a brother-in-law, Richard Hannan.

Per her own request, Ms. Copeland will be cremated. A private family memorial service may be scheduled at a later time.
