Janey L. Moore

Janey L. Moore was born August 2, 1932 in Adamsville, TN the daughter of the late Fred Thomas and Lora Carothers Moore.

Miss Moore was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Adamsville, Tennessee and a resident of the Adamsville Healthcare and Rehabilitation facility where she served as the President of the Resident Council for the last several years.

Some of her favorite pastimes were listening to gospel music, visiting with her family, friends, or just anyone who would come by.

Miss Moore departed this life on May 27, 2014 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 81 Years, 9 Months, 25 Days.

She is survived by her nieces and nephews Donna Dickey, Shirley Boyd and husband Ronald, James Dewey Moore and wife Mary all of Adamsville TN; Michael Anthony Moore and wife Charlene of Edisto Beach South Carolina, William Eddie Moore and wife Laura of Castalion Springs TN; Diane and husband Dennis of Placerville CA; Jerry Amerson of Dallas TX; Lora Ann Sipes of Savannah TN; Tony Moore also of Savannah TN; and Johnny Davis of North Charleston South Carolina.

In addition to her parents, Miss Moore was preceded in death by three brothers, Donald Moore, Charles Moore, Leonard Moore; two sisters, Eileen Davis, Faye Amerson; one niece Linda Sue Flatt, and one nephew Tommy Amerson.
