Jean Alexander

Jean Alexander, of Saulsbury, passed from this life on Monday, September 6, 2021, at the age of 62 years, 11 months and 1 day.

Born Jean Annette Sparks, Sunday, October 5, 1958, in Munford, TN, she was the daughter of Walter Frank and Marion Nadine Russell Sparks. Ms. Alexander was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church in Middleton, TN. She worked in housekeeping for Northwest Mississippi Community College in Senatobia, MS, for many years. Living most of her life in Hardeman County, Ms. Alexander was known for her flowers; loving gardening and going to the lake with her children and grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughter Stacie White and son Kevin Luker, both of Senatobia, MS; six grandchildren, Michael, Reed, and Paige White, and Gavin, Cameron and Lori Luker; five great-grandchildren, Carson, Kinslee, Riggan, Adalyn, and Michael Wayne; two sisters, Marion Rose Doris (Vernon) of Roger's Springs and Esta Warren (Don) of Mercer, TN; one brother, Clarence Sparks of Roger's Springs and a special friend, Alex Pulse. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Wanda Sparks, and Sylvia Russell.
