JEREMY QUALLSwas born in Clearwater, Florida on October 16, 1982 the son of Donnie Carroll and Annie Jeanette Holt Qualls.Jeremy was a roofer for Tilley Roofing. He liked sports, specifically UT Football and Jeremy loved life.He departed this life on July 24, 2009 in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 26 years, 9 months and 8 days.Jeremy is survived by his parents, Donnie and Annie Qualls of Savannah, Tennesseeone daughter, Morgan Leigh Qualls of Adamsville, Tennesseeone sister, Cristy Michelle Qualls of Savannah, Tennesseeone nephew, Dylan Cain Doyle and one niece, Brooklyn Dawn BurksJeremy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jamie Luther Qualls, Edna Geneva Poll, Loraine Holt and Wayne Holt.
