Jerry Ray Anderson

JERRY RAY ANDERSONWas born in Big Sandy, Tennessee on October 29, 1943 the son of the late James Harvey and Ollie Mae Landreth Anderson.On November 20, 1963 he was united in marriage to Sandra Kay Sparks, who survives.Jerry retired from Magnetek in Lexington, Tennessee where he was the materials manager. He served his country in the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. Jerry was a member of Saltillo Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing golf, going to baseball games and watching all sports, and Jerry especially enjoyed watching his grandson play sports. He departed this life on July 17, 2012 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 68 years, 8 months and 18 days.In addition to his wife, Kay of Saltillo, Tennessee, Jerry is survived by one son, Quinn Anderson and his wife Kendra of Lexington, Tennessee2 grandchildren, Jill Anderson and Tyler Andersonone brother, Gene Anderson of Scotts Hill, Tennessee and one sister, Janice Alexander of Saltillo, TennesseeIn addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother, Neal Anderson
